Theda Evelyn Knight Fish

CLEARFIELD a€" Evelyn Fish, 81, passed away April 6, 2011. She was born July 4, 1929 to John Samuel and Emma Christina Lott Knight and was raised in Huntington. She married Homer Brice Fish in 1947 and they were married for 50 years. She moved to Ogden and worked at Hill Air Force Base until 1961 when she gave birth to her first child. She lived in Clearfield since 1953. She devoted her life to raising her children. She loved traveling, camping and fishing. Evelyn is survived by her son Rick, Clearfield; Daughter Margaret, Wales; granddaughters Meagan, Breann and Bailey and many nieces and nephews. The youngest of 11 children, she was preceded in death by her husband, parents, brothers: Hubert, Wallace, Jesse, Hyrum, Lott, and Boyd; and sisters: Christina, Ida and Ruth.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, April 13, 2011 at 2 p.m. at Lindquist''s Layton Mortuary, 1867 N. Fairfield Road, where friends may visit family one hour prior to services at the mortuary. Interment, Lindquist''s Memorial Gardens of the Wasatch.
