Theresa Germaine Levesque Sabato, 83, passed away from vascular disease on Saturday, March 31, 2012 at Manor Care nursing home. Theresa was born on May 21, 1928 in St. AndrAC., New Brunswick, Canada, the daughter of FranA§ois AndrAC. and Agnes Cyr Levesque, the fifth of nine children.

She later moved to Massachusetts and eventually met Bernard "Benny" Joseph Sabato on a blind date. They were married on October 7, 1951 in Watertown, Massachusetts and had three children: Julie Ann, Teresa Marie and Bernard Joseph, Jr. Theresa and Benny enjoyed many wonderful years together. He preceded her in death on June 5, 1986.

She worked for the Defense Commissary Agency retiring in 1990. She was an avid bowler and participated in several Ogden bowling leagues and enjoyed the many friendships she made over the years. She loved watching professional tennis tournaments, Utah Jazz, Boston Celtics basketball games, and Red Sox baseball! Theresa was an amazing cook, enjoyed playing cards and gardening, and she loved taking a trip to Wendover with her daughter Julie. Her greatest joy was her family. She loved spending time with her children and grandchildren and they enjoyed many holidays together at her home. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church at the time of her death.

Theresa is survived by her daughters, Julie and Teri of Ogden; son, Bernard Jr. (Lisa) of Salt Lake City; grandchildren, Erica, AndrAC., and Dean ''Dino'' of Ogden; brothers and sisters, NoAC. (CecA­le) and Father LucA­en Levesque, of St. AndrAC.; Normand ''Bleu'' (Jeannine) Levesque and Irene ''Caline'' Gagnon of Grand Falls; LAC.anna Cyr of Montreal, Canada; and Lorraine Lassy of Barefoot Bay, Florida; sisters-in-law, Jean Clark, Meredith, New Hampshire; Marian (Frank) McGovern; brother-in-law, Joseph Rando, of Waltham, Massachusetts, as well as many nieces and nephews and their families. She was preceded in death by her triplet infants; husband; parents; sisters, Gertrude and Ida; and brothers, Armand, Conrad, EmA­le, and Raoul.

A special thanks and appreciation goes to Manor Care and their complete staff for the wonderful care and attention to her needs during this last year.

A Private Graveside service for the family will be held at Mt. Calvary Catholic Cemetery in Salt Lake City, Utah. A Memorial Mass in her memory will be offered at a later date.
