Thomas G. Harris OGDEN – Thomas “Tommy” G. Harris, 95, died Tuesday, May 20, 2008 at McKay-Dee Hospital following a stroke. He was born September 7, 1912 in Ogden, a son of Thomas Andrew and Robena Moyes Harris. On June 18, 1935, Tommy married Flo Pierson in Ogden. She preceded him in death on February 12, 1997. He was a lifelong resident of Ogden. Thomas was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Sullivan Hollow 1st Ward. He retired from the Ogden City Fire Department after many years of service as a firefighter. Surviving are one son and two daughters, Michael B. Harris, and Linda (Charles) Middleton, both of Ogden; Leslie (Robert) Lansford, Roy; seven grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. Preceding Thomas in death were his parents, brother and sister, his wife and one son, Brent. Graveside services will be held Friday at 3 p.m. at Lindquist’s Washington Heights Memorial Park, 4500 Washington Blvd. Funeral Directors, Lindquist’s Ogden Mortuary.
