THOMAS GEORGE LUND III

1944-2016

Thomas George Lund III (Skip), 71, passed away peacefully January 26, 2016 of natural causes.  He was born December 19, 1944 to Tom and Kaye Lund in S.L.C. Utah.

Tom had a great love for the outdoors.  He enjoyed boating, water skiing, family vacations, trap shooting, hunting, camping, especially at the property in the Uintahs.

He worked at Hill Air Force Base working on F-16’s.  He also owned Thomas Lund Construction Company.  Family was very important to Tom.  He was very proud of his children and grandchildren.

He is survived by Nita Lund (divorced); children, Tom (Tish) Lund, Wendy Vodopich; 10 grandchildren; one great-grandchild and his brothers Mike and Steve.  He was preceded in death by his parents and grandson Zackery Hamby.

A family and friends Remembrance will be held from 9:30-11:00 a.m. Wednesday, February 3, 2016, at Lindquist’s Bountiful Mortuary 727 N. 400 E. Bountiful, Utah.  Family and friends are invited to share a few words or memories about Tom at the Remembrance.  Inurnment Bountiful City Cemetery.
