Thomas J. Meade

Thomas J. Meade LAYTON – Thomas J. Meade, 80, passed away Sunday, January 13, 2008 at Rocky Mtn. Care Center. He was born on December 23, 1927 in Naugatuck, West Virginia the son of John and Dealia Johnson Meade. Thomas married Jane H. Robins on January 5, 1950 in Las Vegas, Nevada. He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II. He was a member of the Baptist Church, Masons F&AM Gateway 6 Lodge, Shriner’s and Beth Arabia Eastern Star. Surviving are his wife Jane, two sons, James (Nancy) Meade, Layton, Jeffery Meade, Layton; nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Graveside services will be held Thursday, January 17, 2008 at 3 p.m. at Lindquist’s Washington Heights Memorial Park, 4500 Washington Blvd. Friends and family may call Thursday from 2 to 2:30 p.m. at Lindquist’s Layton Mortuary, 1867 No. Fairfield Road.
