Tiffanie Ann Fowler Thomas

Tiffanie Ann Fowler Thomas, 41, passed away suddenly Saturday, January 31, 2015 at her home.

She was born, the second of twins, on October 30, 1973, in Ogden, Utah, to Brent Fowler and Janean Clark. She graduated from Roy High School in 1991.

On October 8, 2011, Tiffanie married John William Thomas in Ogden, Utah.

For 16 years, she has been employed at the IRS.

Tiffanie enjoyed camping and fishing with her family and she went every chance she got. She loved elephants and she had quite a collection.

Tiffanie is survived by her husband, John William Thomas, her children, Graycee Violet, Brenten Michael, Izzabelle Rose Otero, Zachary Gardell Thomas, step-daughter, Annalisa Lawrence; her parents, Janean (Craig) Ellison, Brent (Sandy) Fowler, father-in-law, John Gardell Thomas, grandparents, Ray and LaRue Clark, Gary and Deaune Ellison. She is also survived by her twin sister, Stephanie, sisters, Jena (Dave), Amy (Pidge), Nichole (Adam), Tiffany (Joey), nieces and nephews, Haddlie, Daltin, Skyy, River, Willow, Aspen, Alexis, Damian, and Trace.

She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Jerald and Myrle Fowler, mother-in-law, Barbara Ann Thomas, sister-in-law, Natalie Bytheway, and numerous aunts and uncles. A special friend, Tasha Rios and triplet sisters and a brother also preceded her in death.

Tiffanie is leaving behind four beautiful children who were and still are the light of her life. She was a loving wife, daughter, sister, aunt and friend. She will be greatly missed.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, February 6th at Lindquist’s Roy Mortuary, 3333 West 5600 South. The family will meet with friends Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Friday from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. at the mortuary.

Interment, Lindquist’s Washington Heights Memorial Park, 4500 Washington Blvd.
