Timothy Frank Martinez

On Monday, March 8, 2021, Timothy Frank Martinez, a loving father and husband passed away at the age of 54.

Tim was born on January 21, 1967 in Ogden, UT to Fred and Dora Martinez. He graduated high school from Davis High School in Kaysville, UT in 1985. He worked on Hill Air Force Base, starting in May 2000, as a civilian for almost 21 years. Tim started his career as a Generator Mechanic. He eventually worked his way up to a Planning Lead. On May 5, 1990 Tim married Wendy Read and they were later divorced. They had one son together, Timothy. On June 15, 1996, Tim married, Mary Ann Child. They had one son, Brock, and one daughter, Brianna.

Tim’s greatest passion was his family. He also had a passion for hunting, fishing, camping, and anything outdoors. Tim had a quiet nature but always had the funniest jokes and could make anybody laugh. Tim never had a bad thing to say about anyone. He was the best father, husband, uncle, and friend. Anyone that met him loved him.

Tim was preceded in death by both of his parents, Fred and Dora Martinez. He is survived by his wife, Mary Ann, and his three children, Brianna, Brock, and Timothy, his four brothers, Fred, Matthew, Troy, and Jim and countless other family members.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, March 11, 2021 at 2 p.m. at Lindquist’s Syracuse Mortuary, 869 S. 2000 W. Syracuse.  Friends may visit family Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Thursday from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. at the mortuary.  Interment, Clearfield City Cemetery.
