Timothy White “Timmy Champagne”
CLEARFIELD – Timothy Vance White, 48, passed away Friday, November 14, 2008 at the Davis North Hospital. He was born in Anchorage, AK on February 14, 1960 to Harry Vance and Alice Claudean Fulk White. Timothy married Wendy Cloward on April 27, 1991 in Las Vegas, NV.
Tim was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He was a talented musician who loved to teach. Tim was currently a member of two bands, Aerial and Megattack.
He was currently teaching at North Davis Jr. High and was passionate about his students. As a teacher or a friend Tim touched and changed many lives.
Survived by his wife, Wendy, three sons, Brad (Tamara) White, Nuremburg, Germany; Brian White, West Point; Sean White, No. Ogden; one daughter, Shaleese White, Clearfield; mother, Claudean Lewis, and “Papa” John Lewis, Sr., sisters, Valerie (Kerry) Talbot, Syracuse; Tammy (Trent) Holcomb, Kandie (Kevin) Walter, Roy; Clinton; brother, Landon White, Clearfield; two, grandchildren and his dog Tonka.
Preceded in death by his father, Harry White.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, November 19, 2008 at 11 a.m. at Lindquist Layton Mortuary, 1867 North Fairfield Road. Friends and family may call Tuesday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Wednesday from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. at the mortuary.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests that donations may be made at at any America First Credit Union branch in the name of the Tim White family. The family would like to thank the staff and students at North Davis Jr. High School for their love and support.
