Tori Michelle Gardner

Tori Michelle Gardner, 48 of Fruit Heights, passed away on July 18, 2015. Tori enjoyed her last day at one of her favorite places, Flaming Gorge.

Tori was born September 28, 1966 in Ogden Utah, to her parents, Brenda  Adams (Fruit Heights) and ML ‘Bud’ Strayhorn (Taylor), they were later divorced.

Tori spent her youth in the Layton/Kaysville area, raised by her loving mother and step-father, Steve Adams (Fruit Heights).   She is a 1984 graduate of Davis High where she excelled in track and field under the tutelage of her favorite coach, Golda Downs.

Tori went on to graduate from Fran Brown Cosmetology, where she found her greatest talent.

In 1986, Tori married Chene Gardner (South Ogden) in the SLC Temple, they were later divorced.

Together they had one son, Jordan Chene Gardner (Magna) whom Tori would always say was her greatest accomplishment and joy.

Tori was ambitious, creative, athletic and loved the outdoors.  She loved to ride her Harley and escape to the open road.  She loved  fishing, hiking and exploring Mother Nature.
