Trisha Dixie Evans, 48, of Roy, Utah, passed away on Friday, January 26, 2018.

Trisha was born in Ogden, Utah, to Bruce and Dixie Jarman, on July 18, 1969. She graduated from Roy High School and then continued in her education to receive a Medical Assistant Degree from Stevens-Henager College.

Trisha was married to Travis Wood. They had four children, Tara, Tori, Tyler and Trey. Trisha and Travis later divorced.

Trisha married her best friend, Scott Evans. They celebrated life together, building projects, participating in rodeos, camping and hunting. Scott was the love of her life, bringing structure and purpose, while she brought excitement and adventure. Trisha worked as a Medical Assistant, supporting multiple aspects of human care for more than 20 years. She loved to serve and help people. Trisha enjoyed watching her children grow and being a part of their lives.

Trisha is survived by her parents, Bruce and Dixie Jarman; children, Tara Thompson (Jesse), Tori Christensen (Cory), Tyler Wood, and Trey Wood; grandchildren, Trig Thompson, Drake Christensen, and Tate Christensen; brothers, Todd Jarman (Kjersti), Troy Jarman (Kera), Trent Jarman (Rachael) and Travis Jarman (Kristi), and many other family and friends. Trisha was preceded in death by her husband, Scott Evans.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, February 1, 2018 at Lindquist’s Roy Mortuary, 3333 West 5600 South. The family will meet with friends Thursday from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. at the mortuary.
