Tuff J. Clontz was born on Wednesday evening and put up a strong fight, passing away early Thursday morning. Tuff is the son of Camie Lee and Jordan C. Clontz.

Tuff is survived by his parents and older sister, Oaklee Page.  He is also survived by his grandparents, Lee and Lynette Cragun, Roy; Jeff and Susan Clontz, Plain City; and by great-grandparents, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

You weren’t here very long,

but we love you just the same

and we will see you again someday.

Graveside services will be held on Monday, April 7, 2014 at 11 a.m. at Plain City Cemetery.  Friends may visit with family on Monday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at Lindquist’s North Ogden Mortuary, 2140 N. Washington Blvd.

The family would like to thank the staff of Ogden Regional Medical Center, particularly Dr. Bierer and Rachael Price of Utah S.H.A.R.E.
