Tyler Jason Snow (46) passed away on April 25, 2019, at St. Jude’s Hospital in Fullerton, California after a courageous battle against cancer. At the end, he was surrounded by his loving family.
Born in Arcadia, California, Tyler was second of six children of Thomas and Elizabeth (Kloser) Snow. He was raised in Diamond Bar, California and attended Diamond Bar High School. He later graduated Claremont McKenna College. Together with his life-long friend, Mark Johnson, he established a successful commercial painting and contracting business, Streamline Painting and Coatings.
Tyler spent his life as an athlete beginning with soccer at the age of 4 filling in on his older brother’s team. He continued in sports through high school where he was a multi-year three sport letterman. In college he was a four-year, two-sport letterman in soccer and baseball. His college soccer team reached the NCAA Soccer playoffs in three of his four year career. After college, Tyler became a devoted golfer and fisherman. He also was a coach for various youth athletic teams.
All will miss Tyler's ability to enjoy life and his laugh. Even during his illness, he was able to make his family and friends laugh. Throughout his life, Tyler was an original thinker usually to chagrin of teachers, coaches, and his family. There was simply no one like him, and a little sparkle has left the world with his passing.
Tyler is survived by his parents and his siblings; Matthew (Christina), Carrie, Clayton (Kelly), Zachary, Preston, his life-long friend Mark (Kara) and nieces and nephews, Nathan, Lily, Jessica, Jake and Baylor.
