Our sweet loving man, Tyler James White, 34, of Roy, Utah passed away unexpectedly on August 2, 2024. Tyler was born on June 1, 1990 to Tom and Dina (Martinez) White in Layton, Utah. He recently worked in the aerospace industry for Peterson Inc.
Known affectionately as T, Ty, or T-Dizzle to many of his loved ones, Tyler was one of the most compassionate souls to walk this earth. He was genuinely respectful and loyal to a fault, greeting everyone with a huge smile, kind words, and the warmest of bear hugs. He truly lit up the room, making everyone in it feel loved.
Tyler had an enormous heart and loved his family with all of it, especially his nieces and nephews. Outside of being the best uncle on the planet, Tyler was an avid golfer and fisherman. He was very athletic and, as his friends and family can attest, very competitive. He also loved playing basketball, baseball, making music, and bringing laughter with his goofy grins and stellar dance moves. He was a true Utah Jazz and Chargers fan, often found sporting one of his team jerseys. You'd be hard-pressed to find something that Tyler couldn't love with his big heart. He was always there for those he loved, no matter what. Tyler brought so much happiness and joy into so many lives, and his impact will not be forgotten.
We would like to thank all of our family and friends who have reached out with their love and support during this very difficult time. He will truly be missed by all. Until we meet again, Tyler.
Tyler is survived by his parents, Tom and Dina White; his sisters, Mindy and Michelle White; his brother, Matthew White; his nephews, Jaxon and Kanyon; his nieces, Myka, Kai, and Harlow; and his loyal pup, Bruce.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Monday, August 12, 2024 at St. Mary's Church, 4050 South 3900 West, West Haven, Utah. The family will meet with friends Sunday, August 11, 2024 from 5 to 8 pm at Lindquist’s Roy Mortuary, 3333 West 5600 South.
