Valasi Aieti Kolomalu of Pago Pago, American Samoa, joined eternal life on November 5th, 2021.Valasi was born January 1st, 1997, in Pago Pago, American Samoa to Saumalama and Alapati Aieti.
She attended Pavaiai Elementary School. Shen then moved to Sacramento, California in 2011 where she received her high school diploma in 2016.
She moved to Clinton, Utah in 2017 where she met her husband, Rome Kolomalu, the following year and later married on February 14, 2019. She birthed two beautiful sons, Mose, and Leonidas.
Valasi was known for her infectious smile and undeniable beauty. She lit up the room with her laugh. She was sweet and loving.
She devoted much of her time being a stay-at-home mom. Her hobbies were working out and stepping. She also enjoyed dancing and loved makeup and fashion.
She is survived by her husband, Rome; her two sons, Mose (2) and Leo (1); Mother, Saumalama; five brothers and two sisters. She was preceded in death by her father, Alapati Aieti, and brother Mose Aieti.
Funeral Services will be held Saturday, November 13, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. at the Syracuse 12th ward chapel, 1625 S. 1100 W. Syracuse, Utah. Friends may visit with family Friday, November 12, 2021, from 5-8 p.m. at Lindquist’s Syracuse Mortuary.
Interment, Lindquist’s Memorial Park, 1867 Fairfield Rd. Layton, Utah.
