KAYSVILLE a€" Valden P. Livingston, 58 of Kaysville, Utah passed away March 11th, 2008 resulting from complications of Parkinson''s disease.

Valden was born to Fay and Marie A. Hemsley Livingston in Pocatello, Idaho on October 14, 1949. Valden graduated in 1967 from Pendleton High School.

Valden served in the Southern California mission and held various positions in the church. Valden married Elizabeth M. Williams on September 1st, 1978 in the Salt Lake Temple. They were eternally blessed with their only child, Martinique on March 12th, 1980.

Valden worked for the Utah Attorney General Office as an Assistant Attorney General. Valden is survived by his wife, daughter Martinique Clay of Cedar Hills, Utah; two brothers, Robert Livingston of St. George, Utah; Laren Livingston of Bountiful, Utah; and three sisters, Barbara Dobson of Allen, Texas; Sonya Bonnett of Kaysville, Utah; and LeaAnn Braithwaite of St. George, Utah.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Memorial services will be held Saturday, March 22, 2008 at 11 a.m. at Lindquist''s Layton Mortuary, 1867 No. Fairfield Road. Friends and family may call Saturday 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. at the mortuary.

Interment, Kaysville City Cemetery.
