Valerie Ann David

LAYTON – Valerie Ann David, 59, passed away Thursday, January 9, 2014 at her home surrounded by her family.

She was born October 9, 1954 in Riverside (March AFB), CA the daughter of James and Mavis Flaugher Loeppke.

Valerie married Edward Marc David on December 31, 1982.

Although she has traveled the world Utah became her home over the last 20 years.

Valerie loved animals, especially her dog Stetson and cat Tiger.  She also enjoyed skiing and traveling.

Surviving are her husband Marc, Layton; son, Alex David, Salt Lake City; parents, Jim and Mavis Loeppke, Bismarck, ND; brothers, Steve (Joanne) Loeppke, Bismarck, ND; Bruce (Sandy) Loeppke, Meridian, ID; and Tom Loeppke, Denver, CO.

Memorial services will be held Saturday, January 11, 2014 at 2 p.m. at Lindquist’s Layton Mortuary, 1867 No. Fairfield Road.  Friends may visit family Saturday from 1 to 2 p.m. at the mortuary.
