Valetta G. Hainline
OGDEN a" Valetta Glaze Hainline, 80, died Friday, August 10, 2007 at her home in Ogden.
She was born September 4, 1926 in Wakefield, Kansas, a daughter of Lee and Cora Myers Glaze.
On March 19, 1948, Valetta married Charles D. Hainline in Twin Falls, Idaho. Charles preceded her in death on April 11, 2005.
She was raised and educated in Kansas. She lived in Idaho from 1947 to 1955, and then moved to the Ogden area.
Valetta was secretary of the Christian Women Fellowship, and member of New Beginnings Christian Church. She was very dedicated to her church and Savior Jesus Christ.
She worked at Defense Depot Ogden retiring in 1974 after many years of service.
Valetta loved spending time with her family. She also enjoyed cross stitching and crocheting.
Surviving are one son and one daughter, Kim L. (Raeann) Hainline, Hooper; Jolaine H. (Doug) McClurg, Huntsville; six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Also surviving is one sister, Lovevilla Lekey, Cimarron, KS.
She was preceded in death by her husband, sisters, LaVon, Ethel-Francis, and Erma; brothers, Everett, Glenn, Dallas, Forrest, and Leonard and her parents.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. at Lindquist''s Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd.
Friends may call at the mortuary on Wednesday from 9:30 to 10:45 a.m.
Interment, Lindquist''s Memorial Gardens of the Wasatch, 1718 Combe Road.
