Veone B. Tomlinson

August 2, 1931 – September 18, 2017

Veone Tomlinson, a loving wife, mother, and friend too many peacefully passed away on September 18, 2017 at the age of 86.  She was born in Mt. Pleasant, Utah on August 2, 1931 to Harold and Selma Anderson Brandon.

Veone’s talents were many.  She was an extremely accomplished seamstress, crafter, a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, community volunteer, and friend to many. She enjoyed fishing and camping with her family and going on Elder hostel trips with her husband & friends.  Veone & Herb were avid collectors of rocks, native American artifacts, and local crafts.

The family would like to express our thanks for the wonderful help and care provided by the staff of Family Tree Assisted Living Center and to Comfort Works Hospice Services.

Veone is survived by her children; Pam (Terry), Pat (Ron), Joe, Anna (Cory), Nine Grandchildren, 14 Great-grandchildren and two Great-great- grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her husband Herbert Tomlinson, father Harold Brandon, mother Selma Anderson Brandon, brothers; Harry, Jerry, Ernest Brandon; sisters Lulu Christensen and Goldie Cochran.

Family, friends and others whose lives were touched by Veone are invited to celebrate her life at 4629 S. 4875 W. West Haven, Utah at 2 p.m. on Friday September 22, 2017.
