LAYTON a€" Vera Lenoir Sutherland, 82, passed away Tuesday, October 23, 2007.

She was born November 24, 1924 in Hansen, Idaho.

Vera married Charles Joseph Lamano in 1946. He preceded her in death. She married Glenn Sutherland on March 8, 1969 in Elko, NV. He preceded her in death on January 29, 2004.

Vera was a nurse and had worked at LDS Hospital and Davis Hospital before retiring.

She enjoyed painting, reading and camping.

Surviving are her son, Brian C. Lamano, daughter Debra Lamano both of Layton; and three grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, one brother and two sisters.

Preceded in death by her parents, husbands, three brothers and two sisters.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, October 27, 2007 at 2 p.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church, 385 W. Golden Ave, Layton. Friends and family may call Friday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Lindquist''s Layton Mortuary, 1867 No. Fairfield Road and Saturday from 12:45 to 1:45 p.m. at the church.

Interment, Lindquist''s Memorial Gardens of the Wasatch, 1718 Combe Road, South Ogden.
