Verda Hadlock Grover
LAYTON a" Our loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great-grandmother has left her earthly of her eternal companion and soul mate of 67 years on Monday, November 19, 2007.
Verda Hadlock Grover was preceded in death by her daughter Karen in 2003 and her husband Glenn on August 13, 2007.
Verda taught in the public schools in Rexburg, Idaho and Mesa, Arizona for 35 years. Her ability to teach and influence continued even after her death. She was an accomplished musician and also passed it on to her family.
Verda and Glenn spent many years serving in the Genealogy Library for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and the Pioneer Village at Lagoon.
Verda is survived by her daughters, Norma Mifflin of Virginia and Diana Ray of Arizona. Also included in her family are 19 grandchildren, 66 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, November 24, 2007 at 11 a.m. at Lindquist''s Layton Mortuary, 1867 No. Fairfield Road. Friends and family may call Saturday from 9:45 to 10:45 at the mortuary.
Interment, Farmington City Cemetery.
