Vickie Lynn Bair

Vickie Lynn Bair (Walters) returned home peacefully surrounded by loved ones on February 10th, 2025 at 7:30 pm.  

Vickie was born October 23rd, 1963. She was born in Clovis, New Mexico to Boyd Curtis Walters and Shelby Jean West.  

Vickie was so loved by everyone, and she made sure everyone felt so loved by her. She lit up every room with her glowing beauty and topped that off with her loveable personality. She was selfless, always putting everyone, and everything before herself.  

Vickie married Paul Bair on July 24th, 2012. Together they loved each other fiercely. They did everything together. From being avid golfers, going camping, vacations to Cozumel, or just enjoying a nice relaxing evening together at home with their dogs. They never left each other’s side, especially through her battle with cancer. Paul showed the true definition of the vow he took upon their marriage “through sickness and in health” and cared for her through it all every step of the way.  

Her family was her world. She took so much pride in being a mother and grandmother and was very supportive in everything they did. She always made it a priority to attend their school events, support fundraisers, sport events, dance recitals… just anything that involved her children and grandchildren she was there for it all. She was their number one fan and made sure they knew it.  

She is preceded in death by her mother Shelby Jean West, her father Boyd Walters, her brother Paul Walters, and her stepdaughter Courtney Bair.  She is survived by her husband: Paul Bair. Her siblings: Gregory, Terry (Debbie), Jeffery (Stacey), Kathy, Debbie, and John (Audrey). Her children: Veronica (Darian), Tristan, Tyler (Ericka), and her stepchildren Chris (Dayshia), and Casey. Her grandchildren: Donovan (Gabby), Devynn (Ashley), Aniyah, Audrina, Trinity, Konrad, Orion, Nixon, Evie, and Indy. Her great granddaughter: Myla. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles.  

Thank you all for the heartfelt messages and everyone reaching out during this difficult time. My mom loved you all so much as I know you all love her.

We will be holding a Celebration of Life for Vickie on Saturday, February 22, 2025, at the White Rose Events, 3677 UT-126, Farr West Ut 84404 at 12:00 to 3:00 p.m. All are welcome to come celebrate her life, share stories, and honor Vickie the way she deserves.
