Victor Lee Davis, 72, dear husband, brother, father, uncle and friend passed away on Sunday, December 5, 2010 in Ogden, surrounded by loved ones.
He was born July 4, 1938 in Ephraim, Utah to William A. and Elva M. Davis. Vic graduated from Ben Lomond High School in 1956. He attended Weber State College. He performed 30 years of computer systems management for the Internal Revenue Service followed by ten years for Browning Arms. He retired in 1995. Vic was deeply passionate about everything he did and had a love for horsepower and beautiful lines. He enjoyed spending much of his retirement cruising and showing his i³f69 Lincoln Mark III, previously owned by his father, dining with dear friends, attending the Weber State girls basketball games, visiting his children and playing in Wendover when he felt lucky. He will be dearly missed, we all love you, rest in peace.
Vic is survived by his devoted wife, Kitty Masone Davis; his brother, Bill E. (Linda) Davis, CA; sister, Ludy M. Danielson, UT; brother, Daniel J. (Carole) Davis, CA; his children from Utahna Rae Packer: Victor Lewis (Tracy) Davis, OR; Lorraine Kay (Jim) Jolley, ID; Logan J. (Jenny) Davis, WA; Aaron Merrell (Jerri) Davis, WA; Dale Christian Davis, WA; Jeannine Marie (Flint) Jones, WA; Kittyi³fs children: William J. (Chuck) Frazier, TX; K. Gayle (Alcide) Frazier, NY; Erik R. (Bonnie) Frazier, VA; 30 grandchildren, including Kimberly A. Frazier and six great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, December 11th at 11 a.m. at Lindquisti³fs Roy Mortuary, 3333 West 5600 South.
The family will meet with friends on Friday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Saturday from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. at the mortuary. i³@ Interment, Lindquisti³fs Washington Heights Memorial Park
