Virginia Lynn Riley Hahn
1948 -2024
March 22, 2024 Virginia passed away from a quick onset of Alzheimer’s disease.
Virginia was born December 7, 1948 in Salt Lake City, Utah. She is the mother of five children, Cherie Clark, Ilene Nelson, Michelle Maynes, Alison Felton and Burt Clark.
Virginia served in many business adventures and in later years formed a non-profit foundation South Davis Service Organization. Through this foundation she offered help to many disadvantaged individuals and distributed much clothing, blankets, and support. She also worked at the Centerville Employment Center for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints for many years. She was later assigned to the Welfare Square as Director for Immigrant Services where she served as a Church Service Missionary. Her activity spanned over 15 years.
As an active member of the Church, she was a Primary President, a teacher, organist and active participant in church activities, married later in life to Quin E. Hahn bringing additional children Kristina Hahn Newby, Greg Hahn and Gary Hahn. They settled in Bountiful for 22 years.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am, Saturday, March 30, 2024 at the Bountiful 16th Ward Chapel, 720 E. 550 N. where friends may visit family from 9:30-10:30 am prior to services.
Interment Bountiful Lakeview Memorial. Services under the direction of Lindquist’s Bountiful Mortuary.
