Vivian Kennedy Miller
OREM a" Vivian K. Miller, formerly of Washington Terrace, passed away at the home of her daughter surrounded by loved ones on Tuesday, May 11, 2010 in Orem.
She was born November 4, 1924 in Randolph, Utah to Carl and Ellen Kennedy. She was reared and educated in Rich County, UT.
Vivian married the love of her life, Alfred "Curley" C. Miller on Sept. 20, 1944 in the Logan LDS Temple.
She worked for Utah General Depot (DDO) and Sperry-Rand.
Vivian was a member of the LDS Wash. Terr. 2nd Ward. She served as a Sunday School Secretary and in the Primary and Library.
She enjoyed reading and traveling and loved spending time with her grandchildren, great-grandchildren and her dogs.
Surviving are two daughters and three sons, Linda (Larry) Gibson, Ogden; Dennis (Sandy) Miller, CO; Bruce (Mary) Miller, OK; Brent (Sandy) Miller, WY; Cindy (Ken) Kump, Orem; 20 grandchildren, 35 great-grandchildren and one sister Nada (Leonard) Nicholas.
She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, brother, son-in-law and two great-grandsons.
The family expresses their thanks to A Plus Hospice: Paula, Jolene, Ashley and Shiela.
Graveside services will be held Friday at 11 a.m. at Lindquist''s Washington Heights Memorial Park, 4500 Washington Blvd.
Family will meet with friends at Lindquist''s Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd., on Friday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m.
