Following his graduation from Ogden High, he worked for the Union Pacific and O.U.R. & D. Railroads and retired in 1975 with over 40 years of service. Wendell had a great love for the outdoors. He was an avid fly fisherman, loved to pheasant hunt and play golf. One of his favorite things to do was dancing at the Golden Hours Senior Center on Saturday nights. Bing wore the biggest smile whenever his Kids and Grandkids would walk through his patio doors for a long visit.
