William Hans Christiansen

William Hans Christiansen, 66, a lifelong resident of Utah, passed away on Monday, June 19, 2023. He was born on January 20, 1957 in Ogden, Utah, the son of Neldon Ray and Dorothy Grant Jones Christiansen.

He married Katheren L. Stone on April 16, 1977.

William worked with concrete his whole career and retired from Amcor after several years.

He especially enjoyed spending time outdoors whether it was camping or fishing. He also liked working with wood, but his greatest pleasure was spending time with his family.

William is survived by his children, Traci (Gary) Dowdy, Derrick (Jennifer) Christiansen, and Ganett (Troy) Roberts all of Ogden; five grandchildren; and brothers, Mike C. (Peggy) Christiansen and Robert Christiansen both of North Ogden and Jim (Michelle) Christiansen of Logan. He was preceded in death by his wife, Katheren; parents, and one sister, Vickie Garner.

Graveside services will be held on Saturday, June 24, 2023 at 11 a.m. at Lindquist’s Washington Heights Memorial Park, 4500 Washington Blvd. Friends may visit with family on Friday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Saturday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at Lindquist’s Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd.
