William "Bill" Mark Culp

William “Bill” Mark Culp WEST POINT – William “Bill” Mark Culp, 22, passed away Sunday, October 14, 2007, at his home, from an accidental overdose of prescription medications. He was born on April 28, 1985, in Ogden, the son of Bruce and Terri Thackeray Culp. Bill was reared in Syracuse and West Point. He was educated at West Point Elementary, Syracuse Jr. High School, and graduated from Clearfield High School in 2003. He enjoyed playing basketball, baseball, softball, golf, snowboarding, and going to Lake Powell. Most of all, he enjoyed spending time with his friends. Surviving are his parents, Bruce and Terri Culp, West Point; sister, Alison Culp, West Point; and grandmother, Dot Thackeray, Layton. He is preceded in death by his two grandfathers and grandmother.
