Wilma “Willie” Spivack CLEARFIELD – Wilma “Willie” Pauline Turner Spivack, joined the love of her life, Buzz, on Sunday, April 24, 2011 of natural causes. She was born November 5, 1924 in Tremonton, Utah, the only daughter of Homer Van and Beatrice Vivian Turner. She graduated from West High School in Salt Lake City and attended Weber State College. Wilma married Herman “Buzz” M. Spivack on March 6, 1943. He preceded her in death. She retired from Directorate of Procurement at Hill Air Force Base following 22 years of service. She was active in her church, both local and state PTA in Salt Lake, and the Syracuse Lady Lions. Willie loved fishing, gardening, and bowling. Surviving are her children, Pamela G. Spivack, Green River, WY; Jim M. (Judi) Spivack, Clinton, UT; and Gay B. Spivack (Robert J.) Treadwell, Oregon; four grandchildren, two step-grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and four step-great-grandchildren. The family wishes to thank the entire staff of Chancellor Gardens in Clearfield and Rocky Mountain Hospice for the superior care they provided. At Wilma’s request, no services will be held. In lieu of flowers, please make donations in her memory to Rocky Mountain Hospice. Funeral arrangements entrusted to Lindquist’s Ogden Mortuary.
