WINDY ANN WARREN

Windy Ann Warren passed away on Wednesday, July 8, 2015.  She was born on January 18, 1971 in Salt Lake City to Steven Clifford and Karen Adderly Warren.   She was a special daughter, sister, and friend; she had a positive effect on everyone she knew.

She is survived by her father, Cliff Warren, and mother, Karen Roulston; three brothers:  Steven (Kathy) Warren, Charles (Rene) Warren, and Brian (Leena) Warren; one sister, Jeannie (Ryan) Wilson; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 1p.m. on Monday, July 13, 2015 at the Hunter 36 ^th Ward, 3930 S. 6000 W., West Valley City; visitation will be held from 11:30a.m. to 12:30p.m.  Interment at Memorial Estates Redwood Road under the direction of Lindquist’s Bountiful Mortuary.

The family wishes to thank the staff at Dansville Group Home in Layton where she has lived for the past 20 years.
