Yvonne Louise Simpson Dean "Bonnie" 1926-2011

Beloved wife, mother, aunt, cousin and friend, Bonnie Dean, 84, passed away peacefully Saturday, January 8, 2011, in Bountiful, Utah of causes incident of age.

She was born August 27, 1926 in Los Angeles, California to Kenneth William Simpson and Nellie Bird Young. She was an only child. She loved and cared for her parents throughout their lives. She married Norman A. Dean on July 3, 1946. Later solemnized in the Salt Lake Temple. Bonnie and Norm shared 64 wonderful years of marriage together. They had three children and shared many happy memories.

Bonnie was faithful member of the LDS Church, a great-granddaughter of Brigham Young. She enjoyed traveling, sewing, cooking and trying new recipes. Everyone that knew her loved her. She was a warm and happy person, always spending time with friends and helping others. She was an example of strength and generosity.

She is survived by her husband Norman and daughter Diana (Rick) Coleman, St. George, UT; daughter-in-law, Margarita, Salt Lake City, UT. She was preceded in death by her parents, and sons Jeffrey and Stephen.

Funeral services will be held 11 am Wednesday, January 12, 2011 at Lindquist''s Bountiful Mortuary, 727 N. 400 E. where friends and family may visit from 9:30 a€" 10:45 am prior to services. Interment Salt Lake City Cemetery, 200 North ''N'' St.
