Zina G. Stevens
WASINGTON TERRACE – Zina Greene Campbell Stevens died Thursday, April 30, 2009 at her home after 93 years of living and loving.
She was born in 1915 in Turner, Idaho, the sixth of seven children born to Moulbourne P. and Eva Bertha Bennett Greene. Zina was raised and educated in Idaho.
She married Theodore R. Campbell and they had 10 children. They later divorced. She married Ralph H. Stevens on October 10, 1980 in Ogden. Ralph preceded her in death on April 25, 1985.
Zina was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints all of her life and had served in the Young Women’s organization, as Relief Society President, Compassionate Service Leader, Single Adult Representative and as a Visiting Teacher.
She was a member of the Daughters of the Utah Pioneers for 58 years. She was First Attendant to the Pioneer Queen at the 1999 “Days of 47” celebration.
Zina was talented in sewing, making rugs, quilting, gardening and genealogy. Her family and friends were most important to her.
Zina is survived by her children, Joyce Terry, Richard Campbell, Lillian (Leroy) Bunderson, Grace (Kenneth) Duncan, Floyd “Adam” (Valerie) Campbell, Taunna Rose Schleiffers, Linda (Steve) Peterson, 44 grandchildren, 78 great-grandchildren and 20 great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, six siblings, her husband, Ralph H. Stevens, three children, Blaine Campbell, Fay Ellis and Robert Campbell, three children-in-law, Stan Schleiffers, Marlin Terry, Pam Baird Campbell, three grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, May 9, 2009 at 11 a.m. at Lindquist’s Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd.
Friends may call at the mortuary on Friday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Saturday 9:45 to 10:45 a.m.
Interment, Lindquist’s Washington Heights Memorial Park, 4500 Washington Blvd.
