CLEARFIELD a€" Zoey Lynn Frost, 48 day old daughter of Robert James Jr., and Shellie Lynn Hofhine Frost, died Wednesday, May 6, 2009 at Primary Children''s Medical Center in Salt Lake City.

Zoey was born March 19, 2009 in Layton.

Surviving are her parents, one brother, Skyler Frost and one sister, Savanna Frost, and her grandparents, Robert Sr. and Marge Frost, and Steven and Rosie Hofhine.

Zoey was preceded in death by her cousin, Elisa Alkema.

Graveside services will be held Saturday at 3 p.m. at Lindquist''s Washington Heights Memorial Park, 4500 Washington Blvd.

Friends may call at Lindquist''s Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd., on Saturday from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m.

The family suggests donations be made to Primary Children''s Medical Center in Zoey''s name.
