Zola Elaine Tanner Stoker, born on August 3, 1935, passed away peacefully the morning of July 26, 2024. She dedicated many years of her life to the Weber School District, where she touched countless lives with her kindness and dedication.
Outside of her professional life, Zola was an avid seamstress and knitter, crafting beautiful creations that brought joy to many. Her talent with needle and thread was matched only by her generous spirit, often gifting her handmade items to friends and family.
Zola is survived by her son, Ron Stoker, and his family; her daughter, Vivian Brown, and her family; and her son, Kenneth Stoker, and his family, this includes her many cherished grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her beloved son, Michael Stoker.
Zola’s legacy is one of love, compassion, and creativity. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, July 31, 2024, at 10 a.m. at Lindquist’s Washington Heights Memorial Park, 4500 Washington Blvd.
